Over 9 years of experience in conducting surrogacy programs
For some women, conservative treatments alone are not enough to achieve pregnancy. Issues with oocyte (egg) quality are quite common, and the inability to produce viable eggs can be caused by various factors, including advanced reproductive age, hereditary conditions, genetic disorders, reproductive pathologies, and stress. In such cases, IVF programs utilizing donor oocytes provide a solution. Donor eggs can be used to cultivate embryos for transfer either to the intended mother herself or to a surrogate mother.
What is ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology)?
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) helps women conceive when natural conception is not possible. Many factors, including menopause, genetic conditions, reproductive organ disorders, and stress, can contribute to egg-related fertility issues. ART, which includes IVF with donor eggs, offers a viable solution for women struggling with infertility. Donor oocytes can be used in standard IVF treatments or surrogacy programs, helping intended parents achieve their dream of having a child.
Our Center is Committed to Selecting the Best Oocyte Donors
We carefully select oocyte donors to ensure the highest medical and ethical standards. Donor identity remains strictly confidential, and donors do not receive any information about the recipients of their oocytes. Each selected donor undergoes a comprehensive medical and genetic evaluation to confirm eligibility. Before the process begins, the donor signs an informed consent form, acknowledging that their oocytes and any resulting embryos will be legally owned by the intended parents.
01
Application Submission
The candidate fills out a form and awaits a response from our program coordinator.
02
Medical Screening
The donor undergoes a full medical examination to assess overall health and reproductive suitability.
03
Cycle Synchronization (if necessary)
For fresh embryo transfers, the doctor synchronizes the menstrual cycles of the donor and the recipient (either the intended mother or surrogate) using hormonal treatments.
04
Ovulation Stimulation
The donor receives hormonal stimulation to increase the number of mature oocytes. If a fresh embryo transfer is planned, the recipient’s endometrium is simultaneously prepared with estradiol and progesterone for implantation.
05
Oocyte Retrieval and Fertilization
Mature eggs are retrieved from the donor through a minimally invasive procedure and then fertilized in the laboratory using the intended father’s prepared sperm. The donor’s involvement ends at this stage.
06
Embryo Cryopreservation
The resulting embryos are cryopreserved for future transfer to either the intended mother or a surrogate. Any additional viable embryos are also frozen for potential future use.

Who Can Become an Oocyte Donor and How?
A woman aged between 20 and 35 who is willing to help infertile couples by participating in an egg donation program may become a donor. The ideal donor should have a healthy, normal body weight, refrain from smoking, and be free from gynecological and other serious health conditions. The donor will undergo a thorough medical examination to check for any potential diseases, including HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and C, gonorrhea, chlamydia, mycoplasmosis, ureaplasmosis, cytomegalovirus, and genital herpes.
What is the Recommended Interval Between Donation Cycles?
While it is theoretically possible to donate eggs every menstrual cycle, we recommend a minimum two-month break between donation cycles. This allows the donor’s ovaries to rest and recover fully.
Can Oocyte Donation Lead to Premature Menopause?
At birth, a 12-year-old girl has around 300,000 eggs in her ovaries. Over her reproductive life, fewer than 500 eggs are used during ovulation, while the rest undergo “atresia” (natural resorption). Given the large number of reserve eggs, there is no concern that the process of egg donation or the medications involved will deplete the ovarian reserve to the point of causing premature menopause.
How is My Anonymity Protected?
Your privacy is of utmost importance, and all information related to the donation process is kept strictly confidential. The couple receiving your eggs signs a legal agreement stating that they will not attempt to identify you and acknowledge that no future relationship will be established between you and the child born. They will not know your name but will receive general information about your physiological characteristics, including height, weight, phenotype, appearance, and any hereditary or genetic conditions (if applicable).
