Mariam Bakuradze

Mariam Bakuradze is accomplished in the world of fertility, reproductive health, and international clinic operations. For over a decade she has managed to build a record of successful experiences by creating high-impact teams, launching IVF facilities, and managing cross-border programs.

She began her journey in the field at New Life Global Network, where she was Head of Recruiting and Database & Training Manager. There, she oversaw recruitment efforts across different countries (Georgia, India, Ukraine, Mexico, South Africa, Thailand, the Philippines) and managed genetic material banks in Georgia and Mexico. She guided the organization through complicated licensing processes, including earning Cofepris approval in Mexico, and formed training frameworks that improved consistency across all branches.

Following this, Mariam served as Director and Business Development Manager of the Georgian branch at Ovogene. She expanded the market reach, negotiated regulatory compliance strategies, and strengthened the brand’s reputation in the Georgian fertility sector.

Later, she advanced her skills by launching and leading Indigo Invitro IVF Clinic in Tbilisi. As the Opening Manager and Head of the clinic, she implemented operational protocols, recruited and mentored a diverse medical team, ensuring early successes for patient outcomes and clinic reputation.

Mariam then headed the IVF Department at the Turkish Hospital of Tirana prior to joining the team at Embrymama. She was in charge of all clinical operations, including patient registration, and treatment planning for new admissions as well as other crucial treatment needs such as quality control procedures. Like her previous position, she developed procedures and led a medical team. That raised the department’s level, and patients’ confidence.

Mariam doesn’t just intend to be the Head of Operations at Embrymama, she wants to be the driving force behind trust, ethics, and excellence within the company and in its global community. She’ll bring her experience in starting a clinic, her knowledge of regulation and the heartfelt service that she’s known for, to be there to support and comfort intended parents as well as surrogate mothers. She adds this welfare line of thought into a continuously developing process.

And she won’t just be working to get the agency to more places around the world. Instead, she’ll also maintain strict quality controls, keep all communications clear and regular with our process of treatment. Mariam’s vision is to position Embrymama as an always equated company with sincerity, dependability, and emotional support.
