Since establishing in 2017, we have grown from a cross border coordination service into an international network connecting licensed clinics, genetic laboratories, legal teams, fertility specialists, intended parents, and surrogates across multiple destinations.
Our mission is simple: help families and individuals become parents through medical programs by guiding them, ensuring legal security, being ethically grounded, and operationally controlled.
We only operate in locations where surrogacy is clearly regulated and permitted. If a destination is sitting in a legal gray area, we don’t work there, and we do not recommend it. Every family deserves stability instead of surprises.

We are implementing biometric wearable monitoring for surrogates, enabling continuous, real time tracking of key wellbeing signals such as sleep and stress indicators. The analytics from this helps our care team determine if there are warning signs, giving them the opportunity to provide proactive, targeted support when it matters. Gregory Davidov, Founder
Gregory founded Embrymama after years of coordinating international IVF and cross border reproductive care. His background combines patient coordination, regulatory navigation, and program structuring across multiple destinations. He established Embrymama to bring order, transparency, and accountability to surrogacy programs that were fragmented or ethically inconsistent. Under his leadership, Embrymama became the first surrogacy organization operating in the UAE, setting a new regional standard for compliance and responsibility.
Dr. Dimitrios Kafetzis, Medical Advisor
Dr. Dimitrios Kafetzis is a highly respected specialist in reproductive medicine around the globe with experience across multiple sectors including IVF fertility preservation, and advanced reproductive technologies. He supports clinical alignment, protocol integrity, and evidence based decision making with partner clinics at Embrymama. His role is to make sure that medical paths stay medically sound, ethically grounded, and appropriate in each case.
Dr. Braulio Peramo Moya, Medical Advisor
Dr. Braulio Peramo Moya is a senior specialist in reproductive medicine with more than thirty years of experience across leading fertility centers in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. He is currently Medical Director and General Manager of Al Ain Fertility Center in Abu Dhabi and is a registered consultant with the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, the GMC in the United Kingdom, and the Colegio de Médicos de Madrid.
Dr. Moya is widely recognized for advancing IVF practices in the MENA region. Especially in protocol optimization, reproductive genetics, and complicated fertility cases. His work is guided by evidence based medicine, transparency, and a deep respect for patients and their individual journeys. At Embrymama, he provides strategic medical oversight to ensure programs are clinically appropriate, responsibly structured, and aligned with international standards of care.

Embrymama offers gestational surrogacy programs. We coordinate everything including clinic, and legal steps, with clear communication, from first consultation to the end of your journey.
Families come to us for a program that feels calm, organized, and accountable, including:

Embrymama does not provide medical care directly. Medical decisions are made by licensed physicians and accredited partner clinics. Our role is to build the safest structure around the medicine: the plan, the people, the legal security, and the operational control.
Our Story
Before Embrymama was founded, our founder built expertise in international patient coordination for assisted reproductive technologies, creating cross border pathways to leading IVF centers and learning first hand how dramatically laws, standards, and outcomes differ between countries.
As demand grew, it became clear that many patients also needed surrogacy, and too many were facing low service quality and ethically questionable experiences. This is when Embrymama was created with the goal of bringing transparency, creating structure, and implementing high service standards to a field that has been difficult to navigate.
Over time, the organization established operations and partnerships across multiple jurisdictions, including the opening of an accredited center in the UAE in December 2024.
